Our articles can currently only be delivered within Europe. A returns note for incorrect deliveries is enclosed with your parcel.

Shipping costs per delivery

The exact shipping costs are displayed and calculated in the shop checkout. Payment methods Various payment methods can be selected via Paypal and Stripe, including e.g. SOFORT Überweisung, VISA, Mastercard and many more.

Paypal

By selecting the payment method PayPal, you will be forwarded to PayPal for payment. Once payment has been made, you will be returned to our website where you can finalise your order.

Stripe

By selecting a payment method via Stripe, you will be redirected to Stripe for payment. Once payment has been made, you will be returned to our website where you can finalise your order. 

Shipping and transport damage 

Shipping is carried out by DHL with a tracking system to determine the delivery status. Your order will always be delivered complete. Any packaging recognisably damaged during transport must be reported to the delivery service immediately upon receipt.
