Inflation Instructions:

Please always use a suitable ball needle (metal or plastic) to inflate a ball. The ball should be stored at room temperature or at least inflated at room temperature, as extreme cold may prevent the bladder and material from expanding properly, causing the ball to appear uneven or out of shape. Before inflating the ball, hold it with both hands and fold it slightly so that a small cavity forms underneath the valve. Insert the needle of your ball pump vertically into the valve without pumping air yet. (It is recommended to moisten the needle beforehand, e.g. with special ball oil.) Once the needle is fully inserted, inflate the ball to the recommended pressure. The recommended pressure is usually indicated on the valve panel. If you do not have a pressure gauge available, inflate the ball until the bladder and material are fully expanded and the ball can still be slightly pressed in with your thumb. In any case, excessive pressure should be avoided. You can recognize overinflation when the stitching threads begin to show. Once the ball is inflated, carefully remove the needle vertically. The ball bladders are tested twice for functionality before shipping. No claims can be accepted for improper inflation. If the balls have already been delivered inflated, please note that every ball loses air over days and weeks and may need to be reinflated. Enjoy playing with the ball!
