Shipping

Currently, delivery of our items is only possible within Europe.
A return slip for incorrect deliveries is included with your package.

Shipping costs per delivery

The exact shipping costs will be displayed and calculated at the shop checkout.

Payment methods

Various payment methods can be selected, including SOFORT transfer (Stripe) or PayPal.

By selecting the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal for payment. After successful payment, you will return to our shop page where you can complete the order.

Stripe

By selecting the Stripe payment method, you will be redirected to Stripe for payment. After successful payment, you will return to our shop page where you can complete the order.

Shipping and transport damages

Shipping is done via DHL with a tracking system to determine delivery status. Your order will always be delivered completely. Packaging that is visibly damaged due to transport must be reported immediately upon receipt to the delivery service.
