Verification

How do I verify myself?

To verify yourself, your email domain will be recognized, which should have a MediaMarkt, MediaMarktSaturn or Ceconomy ending. After successful recognition, you will be automatically approved.

Why do I need to verify my account?

Account verification is an important step to ensure that you are an employee of MediaMarkt. By verifying your email domain, we can confirm your affiliation with the organization. This is necessary to ensure that only authorized persons have access to the exclusive offers and benefits of the Let's Go Shop.

Login

How do I log in?

To log in, simply click on the "Login" button on the website. Then enter your email address and password. If you don't have an account yet, click on "Register" and follow the instructions to create a new account.

Account type

Wich account type should I choose?
There are two different types of user accounts: ‘Commercial’ and ‘Private’. If you are responsible for a cost center and order as a commercial customer, the costs will be directly forwarded to the appropriate cost center of your company. If you order as a private customer, you will personally cover the costs of your order.

Personalisation

How do I personalise an item?

Certain items can be personalised. To personalise an item, simply select the ‘Transfer printing’ option under ‘Refinement’ in the item view. Whether you personalise the front and/or back of the item is up to you. Then upload your personalised motif, image, logo or text. Please note that the quality of the uploaded images and designs will directly affect the final result. Therefore, we recommend using high-resolution images to achieve the best possible outcome.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We offer various payment options for your order. We accept payments by invoice, PayPal, or credit card. Simply choose the payment method that suits you best.
